Even though the tax for the Fiesta I is not really cheap in Germany, there is good news: according to current planning, the amount will stay the same after 2005, which is DM 49,60 per 100 ccm.1

This results in the following annual tax sums:

Apart from the regular registration, there are several ways of special registrations which might help reducing the motor-vehical tax (at least as soon as the car is 30 years or older).
